Caffeine/Ephedra post op 8weeks for cardio - any complications
Anyone know if this will have an impact on scar healing or anything with the healing process?

well i am 6 weeks post op and drink around 5 cups of coffee a day lol, so from the caffine front i cant see any harm.

tho ephedra cant say i have ever used.

I'm not sure but I doubt it... I actually plan on doing an EC stack in April.
Just make sure you drink plenty and plenty of water... and try to stay away from other caffeinated products.  Other than that I doubt it'll affect the healing much at all.
