First time post: What do you guys think of my condition.. ?

Hi,

I started getting some man boobs around like age 13-16 I remember.. It started out on one side and then the other.
My mom brought me to the doctor when she found out - I was trying to hide as I was embarrassed, but she
found out.

Anyways doctor said it was common in kids going through puberty and that was it.  No drugs or anything
was prescribed.

Anyways things eventually stopped growing.  I'm now 34 years old and can feel hardness tissue under my skin.
Basically there is hard tissue under my skin that extends all the way from the armpit to the nipple
to the middle of the chest.  It is thickest amount right below the nipple and closer to middle of chest. 
I can feel it - not much fat just a hard tissue. 

Anyways it is far more noticeable if I lose weight - it doesn't go away but fat
does and it can been seen easily if I am slim.

What are my options - I'm willing to pay for surgery.. where do I go ?  I'm in Phila.. anybody know any
good surgeons ?  What do I have ?
