cool man I will have my wife take the shot tonight. I need to have my arms down for you to see. It's a f#cking mess. The shape of my pec has been destroyed.

What do I do at this point. I hope the doc doesn't try to charge me to fix this mess. I am not even sure if I want him touching me again. I know its early but BAD START!!

What did things look like a day or two after surgery?

I didn't take my vest off until 6 days after surgery. It looked pretty much the same as now with craters, ripples, nips were flatter though. I didn't think anything of it then though because it was so early.

I saw 4 ps before the surgery and none of the recommended incision. I went with the one who said he may go with an incision once he gets in there. I had aggressive lipo and no gland removal. I should have had minor lipo and gland removed I think.... My chest is a mess at this point.

Have your wife take several shots from different angles... Also, a shot from 'above' and 'below'....

I'd probably feel the same way dude.

You should try and get some of your money back... How much did you pay?

If i have to be completely honest, your results look exactly like before...this happened to me the first time i had my operation, i was exactly the same before and after the op....After the op he said he removed very little gland because thats all i had, the rest was fat....Well i waited patiently for 3 months for the "swelling" to come down, although deep down i knew it was gland...went 4 months after and he agreed i needed revision, i wasnt sure i wanted him to perform it, because if he screwed the first time, he can screw up again, but i didnt want to pay the full price for a new doc, so i took the chance, this time he took it all out....and i was flat 2 weeks after the op....i have some scar tissue on the right side which makes it puff out a bit, but im certain its only scar tissue, which is smaller every day.

From the looks of my chest I personally feel I need gland removed. However, I do not feel any gland at all nor do all the docs who have examined my chest. ... weird

I went with 2 doctors first and they both said i didnt have gland, just fat, the third onda said i had some gland, so i went and got the op with him...after the operation he said i had almost no gland and he removed a pea size of gland.....4 months later, he admited i had more gland which he thought i didnt before the first op...He says that sometimes fat around the gland, can make it feel like its all fat....on my revision he removed quite a lot.

Grandpa is going to post an above shot as well as a shot showing before how it my pecs were even and after and how they are uneven.

Look at how "sharp" my right pec is compared with the left. Before my chest did not look uneven. There is more fat left on my left side which give is a better smoother more natural look in my opinion. The right pec looks "altered" to much by the removal of fat. Do you think my right pec may smooth out as it heals and look like the left? Im so depressed about this.
