Something hard behind both nipples

i did not have it before the surgery now i have something hard behind both nipples. anyone else have this after surgery.

im 3 months post op.... i also was soft before surgery

If glandular tissue was removed, what you are feeling may be scar tissue.  There is no real sure way to prevent it and how much there might be depends upon how your body heals.

exactly may be combo of scar tissue and swelling.

mines gland  with a little scar tissue on top of it i thnk
