How To Keep Nipples Hard?

This may sound like a weird question, but is there a way for me to keep my nipples hard for a long period of time?  I have Gyno, but when my nipples are hard, they look great.  Are there any creams or any special remedies for them to stay hard for a good amount of time (preferably 1 hour+)?  Also, can you tell me if whatever you post is waterproof or not?  Thank you.

I haven't tried myself but some people use liquid bandage.

Something I used to do a lot was place a strip of sellotape over each nipple when they were hard. This literally 'forced' them to stay small and tight; and it lasted all day long. The only problem was trying to make the nipples hard if it wasn't cold. Sometimes flicking them with my fingers worked. Somehow the pain made them tighten up.

Also, after several days the tape used to make my skin itch, so I had to stop using it. It worked for a while though.
