I’m 9 months post op and I have a scar tissue. I’ve been massaging for 3 weeks quite a lot now... did massaging work for you? How long of massaging took you to finally break it down? I hope I works for me because I’m desperate about this but I don’t know if 9 months post op massaging could work...
