difficult to tell as pic is a bit dark, but from what i can see, your chest looks pretty good (some improvement as well!). you only have a very mild case in my humble opinion, cause if you walked around topless, your average person wouldn't think of you having moobs!

Not sure of what you take for -better-, but, with the poor light on the photos... they seem to be getting bigger... your nipple area seems to have darkened, and the breast looks like growing...

from front view it's not that bad, but from side view you can really tell it's there.. since you're slim, in pretty good shape, and with little body fat overall, it makes the gyne more pronounce especially on the side views .. all that matters is how you feel about it

HEY GUYS I JUST GOT BACK FROM YALE INTERNAL MEDICINE MY DOCTORL OR SURGION SAID I DONT NEED TO DO SURGERY HE SAYS IF I WAS AT THE BEACH AND SEE U I WOULD THINK U HAVE NORMAL CHEST HE SAID IF I DO THE SURGERY I CAN HAVE SCARS AND THE NIPPLE WILL BE TO MUCH IN AND IT WILL LOOK WEIRD HE SAID I AM IN REALLY GOOD SHAPE GO TO THE BEACH HE TOLD ME

Ok here is my 2 cents...

I personally thing you have gyne and some fat on the bottom of the breast, since you are slim, and in good shape your lower part of the breast shouldn't look like that (soft and round), if there was nothing there the skin would be against the muscle leaving a nicely shaped chest. I personally think you have both gyne and fat, and if I were you I would go see another doctor and get a second opinion on this, before u decide to accept your chest. Again this is my opinion you can take it or leave it, =)
