Tips and tricks for putting on compression vests
I was wondering if there was any easy way for putting on a compression vest. I am 8 days post op and I cant seem to put mine on without dislocating my shoulder. Is there something Im doing wrong? I ordered the 973 from underworks and it fits great, Im just having a hard time getting it on. Is there a certain way to do it? Any help is greatly appreciated.
