I just had my surgery and the results are amazing. I couldnt be happier. There is still some bruising and swelling but that will go away with time. I had posted here http://www.gynecomastia.org/smf/index.php?topic=14216 earlier before the surgery.

He did do excision but it is very hard to see the incisions. Its about half an inch long and not very noticeable (which is fine by me lol). The surgery cost me 3200$ everything included. If you are thinking about getting the surgery, do it. It will be worth it.

Why are your nipples folded in at the post-op? Will they get better or?

That is due to the swelling and stretched skin. They will return to normal.

xdude24, you gotta post some updated pics for me , my gynecomastia was similar to yours, and I just want to see the end results after swelling has gone down etc. Please post some!

Those pics are only one week old lol. The real end results are at least 3 moths post op if not more. I'll post some updated ones.

did u feel alot of hard gland behind ur nips or soft fatty tissue? cuz it looks almost exactly like mine but i have nothing but hard gland

yes there was a combination of hard gland and fatty tissue.
