Are their specific signs of hormonal problems ?
I have itchy skin sometimes are ound the chest are and some pain/soreness around the aerola area?
I'm in my mid 30's. I never had these symptoms that I recall when I was a teen but I have had gyne all my life.

Well I would suggest you just get your testostorne levels checked.

Dont smoke Cannabis and try not to drink "too" much - both of these increase estrogen production.

Yep, the only way to tell if your hormones are out of sync is to get tested.

I agree on staying away from alcohol. However the link between cannabis and exessive oestrogen production/hormone problems is far from sound. Way too little information on that to be certain.
