Will be having surgery in a few weeks, should i work out my chest? ie. push-ups, cardio, weightlifting etc? Will you're gyne will stick out more making it easier to remove more gland?

Dude....  size of muscle does not affect how good of a job JCF can do...  ;)

However, exercise is always a good thing for your health...

I think it must help when you have some shape under all that fat...in my case I went to the gym for 3 months...I could feel my muscles under all that gyne fat and gland...now I am just waiting for a month to started getting into the routine...
