I was just wondering what's the position on chest workouts and gynecomastia, I workout my physique anyway as I am a gymnast/trampolinist and like to stay in shape, but will chest workouts make my gyne worst or better?

Hi,

I googled this a while ago and concluded that working upper pecs is the best for G. Reason being that as your upper chest gets bigger your nipples will stick out less in a t-shirt.


I focused on my upper chest for at least a year after that, I think that it can disguise G especially if you don't have puffy nipples. I would recommend it. It isn't a complete solution but it helps significantly.
