Pain in left breast ! Active or Dead gyno ?

HI
i have pain in left breast and right breast hasn't,endo said that my right breast is converted into gynecomastia and left breast is in forming phase.
Does my left breast growing and paining due to estrogen is still present/produce in excess ? 
Suffering from gyno at the age of 13 and now i m 23.5'-8" 62kg,slim body but fat on tummy
sometimes my gynecomastia increases and sometime it decreases.When pain starts nipples/whole breast turn into conical shape
Why this happens ?
