if its still active (my surgeon didnt say anything about blood tests)

what happens? if you get it down, right now if you squeeze my nipples a little clear liquid comes out if they go ahead with the surgery, what the hell is under the nipple? is like liquid under it too? sorry im new and dont know much about this problem
