Few questions, my left side seems a little bigger than the right.  Yes I realize it's only hours after my procedure but you still can't help but wonder, know what I mean? 

Give it 3-6 months before even 'thinking' of passing judgment on your results... Be patient!

It's hard to pass judgment when you consider:

My right side is smaller than my left
My right side is more bruised than my left
My right side hurts more than my left

One would come to the conclusion that he took more out of the right.

It's hard to pass judgment when you consider:

Do you mean that it's hard 'not to' pass judgment...

One would come to the conclusion that he took more out of the right.

Common sense would dictate that if you are more bruised/swollen on one side than the other, then your surgeon did more work to that side...
