Had the surgery earlier today and I have very minimal pain.  Just feels like I'm sore from a tough workout.

I'm hoping my results will be great, I went through Dr. Bartlett who teaches gynecomastia surgery at Harvard Med.  Hoping he did a good job.

Thanks for all of the information guys, and thanks for all the support.  it's good to know there's a place where we can discuss this stuff with people who really care.

(Btw, anyone have this done with Bartlett before? He seems like he does a good job with this)

Well he teaches gynecomastia surgery, so he sounds pretty credible. Anyways, congrats on the surgery and good luck with the healing process.
