Do you mean the RIGHT side? I see nothing on the left. Looks like they took  a bit too much out on the right maybe.
Hit the gym and build some chest muscle, it should be fine.

Hi Chockiii,

No, fat loss won't solve this problem. What the other people are trying to say is that your surgeon took a bit more fat from the cratered side that's why your skin became concave. They are suggesting that you hit the gym and develop some chest muscles, when the muscles grow bigger, they will fill up this crater and push the skin outside to your favor. It takes time and persistence if you're not going to use steroids but it is possible. Good luck bro and let us know about your progress.

Ok. I was at the Surgeon and he told me that the nipple and the breast tissue left connected/grow on the muscle.
He said he would cut it so that it get disconnectet and the crater will disappear.
But after this revision, will the nipple again get connectet to the muscle ?

i live in germany, and if you want surgery you just have to lie a bit and say that your gyne hurts and then you have to pay nothing

guess the moral of this story is:  dont expect to have a chest like david beckhams by getting a mastectomy!

Better to learn to accept yourself as you are, after all things could be a LOT worse, like haveing one arm or leg or blind etc!

i dont know if thats true that you could just build chest muscle and itll look normal. What happens when you stop working out and lose the muscle? Your nipple will sink back in again. I think you should trust your surgeon to get the revision and see what happens. After all you damn welfare states have it easy, you dont have to pay up the arse to get it done.
