There is no such thing as 'Pseudo' G. The term/word is not even in the dictionary my man!

Definition of Gynecomastia from the Merriam-Webster online dictionary...

Gynecomastia

One entry found.

Main Entry:
gy·neco·mas·tia Listen to the pronunciation of gynecomastia
Pronunciation:
    \ˌgī-nə-kō-ˈmas-tē-ə\
Function:
    noun
Etymology:
New Latin, from gynec- + Greek mastos breast + New Latin -ia
Date:
    1881

: excessive development of the breast in the male

Where does it say in that definition, that Gynecomastia is limited only to glandular tissue? The breast consists of glandular tissue annnnnnnd adipose tissue.

No matter what the ratio of glandular/adipose tissue one has, it's all considered 'excessive development of the breast'.

Adipose tissue on the male chest can be difficult, if not impossible, to get rid of. Myself and many others here can attest to that!

Diet/exercise will not (in most cases) get rid of Gynecomasita... PERIOD!!!

So... I guess even to this day the misconception of "Oh he's a fat guy... all he has to do is hit the gym/loose weight (lay off the pies...) and the condition will disappear." is still rampant.   Well... my friend, it just doesn't work like that. Would be nice though! ;)
