Cost of Surgery

From the Levic, Cost thread I understand surgery with him is around £3,600.

Is this a common cost of surgery?  I thought it was between two and three thousand?

Of the popular surgeons mentioned on these boards, Levick and Karidis charge about the same but I believe that Jan Stanek charges about £3800.

Prices are more or less similar from what I have read....around the £3.5k mark....
