First off, let it be understood that having the insurance pay for the procedure is the ideal situation for me, obviously. So, where do i start.  Do i get a consultation with a surgeon and then go to the insurance company?  Go to the insurance company then consultation?  or even pediatrician (im 17 years old) first?  Basically, I want to know what i should do to get the ball rolling as im shooting for a surgery date sometime in early-mid august.  Another thing, I am from St. Louis- home of none of the speacialists ive heard alot about.  I want to go to one of these doctors whom ive heard alot about on the boards.  If I were to travel this road, How do consultations work?  I cant believe i would drive hours upon hours for consultation.  Other things I will need to know:  What to tell the insurance company to pursuade to them that they should pay for the procedure,

Gyno is a nerve racking condition that has been known to run peoples lives. It sure as hell runs mine :-[ I beleive gyno is a condition insurance companies pay to get fixed now. But, lip isnt. If you need lipo done aswell thats coming out of your pocket because isnt neccessary. Im terrible with US states (I live in Canada) If you look around maybe you can find a good PS only a few hours away.
Had surgery with Dr. J.C. Fielding on August 2nd.

It's very, very hard to get an insurance company to pay.  There are no hard & fast rules either since each company has its own rules about how they will cover surgeries, and those rules may differ in interpretation from agent to agent.

If I were you I'd wait a bit.  You're still young and I'm not so sure cosmetic surgery is such a great idea for people who are still growing.  There's still a chance your chest might resolve or improve on its own so I'd wait to see what happens
