Im scared to schedule a consultation for some reason

I was scared my first consult. First you ask the doc to look for any sign of gyne (which you already have, but just do it to start the process). Then he'll take a look at you, then examine your chest, then start explaing to you what it is and how he will do the surgery. Finally you ask him some questions. This worked for me.

Yeah... one of the most difficult things to do in the surgery ordeal is to make 'The Call'... It can be a terrifying experience for sure... However, you say to yourself... am I going to live like this the rest of my life or am I going to suck-it-up and make the call...

Keep in mind that a PS is a professional... He/she will not laugh at you. He/she is there to help you. An experienced PS has seen many G cases... It's nothing new to them.

When you make 'The Call'...  just say that you want to schedule a consultation for Gynecomastia. I know how embarrassing it is to make the call but hey... it's something that you just have to do my man. You cannot continue living your life under the G curse...

Oh well I don't know. Just ask if you can schedule an appointment to get your breast taken off. Or someother way that sounds more realistic.

Plastic surgeons deal with these sort of cases every day, they will treat your condition with strict confidentiality.

Once you have done it, it's over. Make that call, if the office asks what the consultation is about, you are allowed to say "I'd rather not say", they wont hassle you .

By the way, since getting the proceedure and getting really fit, people often say, "wow, I'd love to have your body", which is when I usually chime in with, "well, would you believe ...".

For anyone making "The Call" to Doc Fielding...  you have to tell them that the consult is for Gynecomastia. If you don't, you will need a referral from your GP. If you mention Gynecomastia, they will take you directly without a referral...
