brebguy, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend. All I meant is that your chest seems to have a significant amount of droop to it. You're approaching 30 as well, so your chest has most likely become quite acustomed to hanging in that position. If you haven't experienced any gland regrowth, then maybe a skin reduction and chest lift is more so what would help with the fat build up there. Or maybe some sort of implant at the bottom for structure?

I'm not a surgeon... but I have been studying a ton of cases. Yours is unique, plain and simple. There's not many that I've encountered that have experienced little to no improvement after two surgeries unless they have other issues.

Please believe me bro, my goal was never to discourage you. I'm very sincere when I say that I wish you the best of luck and would like to hear how your story unfolds.

There was no offence taken, I just think you should watch what you say. You might have never seen a similar cases, but i have, and so did others. Refering to one's case as a being one for the textbooks can make someone feel like a freak and I think that many people with Gynecomastia could do without this, especially considering the problems gyne causes to various individuals in real life.
So anyway, i'll let the doctors decide which cases are for the textbooks as well as the appropriate procedure.

Cheers buddy!
surgery did not work...:-(

Allow me to rephrase. "One for the textbooks" was referring to the fact that you've had two surgeries and seen little to no improvement. I apologize for not being more sensitive with the wording that I chose. And the "unique" part is just the opinion I formulated from the photos that you displayed. Your gyne APPEARS to be more fat than gland related, especially since the gland has been excised. I'd hate to hear that you went through a third lipo and ended up back in the same spot.

We all feel like "freaks" to some degree or else we wouldn't be on here discussing this in the first place. And please, nobody take that out of context. It's just reality. If it wasn't true, we'd all be in the Acceptance forum discussing bra sizes.

I guess this is what I was trying to put into words before I fully understood what I was talking about.

Sorry, when I hear 'gyne' I automatically think of puffy nips and gland. I just considered drooping in a different category in my mind.
