i'd probably do the same for the same reason, i'd be wanting to do everything right.  it'll be interesting to see later once the bruises heal up better too, or even after you get a good start in on the exercising in a few more weeks.  did you say he did combined excision and lipo for this or what?
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?

Hey,

Great results from your surgery, it's kind of an inspiration for me because I have similar gyne problem's and we've got similiar body types.

I noticed you have what appears to be to 'lined' scars above both nipples, did he remove excess skin or is that just marker?

Hahaha looks good huh...that's my scar man!!  a thin LINE haha!!  I thought my scarring was gon be hella big and stuff but it wasn't cause he took his time and did it right!!  He's a perfectionist (That's what the nurse told me...he did a tommytuck on her and her boobs lol) and she said he would leave me with a thin line and he did!  Hell yea he removed excess skin lol  I had a damn C cup.

I see you're big into training as well, how do you feel now with the excess gland/weight removed from your chest? What's your level of pain throughout the process and what are you doing to keep the swelling down?

I feel like a new man with that shit gon!!  and once I start running everyday and i'll feel better!  Wasn't really pain to me case my pain levels is not the same as an average person cause i played football and stuff for 16 years into college and shit so....

and im like 3 1/2 weeks out and the swelling is almost gon  completely but i still have numbness on my right side and a lil on my left.  left side healing faster than right.  (when i had gyno my left side was bigger though ahaha)  but I wear this compression vest 24/7 even at work.  When i take a shower i take it off and wash it and when i get out the shower i go get it out the dryer and put it back on!!  My doctor told me i didn't have to wear it but it was kinda gettin saggy a lil so i put it back on and it tighten back up...so im goin to wear this thing as long as i can lol which might be until summer time when im ready to walk around in ah muscle shirt yah feel me lol!!

All I can say is goodluck in your future endeavors in wieght training and dieting, don't let anyone get you down either just "use everybodies negativity as ammunition for your gun and then shoot them all with the bullet of success" once you have completed your journey. Sometimes I know from my own experience the journey seems unreachable and you have those off days where you think **** this stuff, its too hard. But don't worry those days come and go and its just a normal part of the process - it usually means you are trying really hard when this happens so take it as a good thing.

The thing in italics + quotes is something I just made up on the top of my head, I think I am pursuing the wrong career, I think I should be writing gift cards or something for hallmark. lol
