yea looks like you'll only need lipo if you don't wanna lose it on your own...

he's not going to lose it on his own no matter how hard he tries. 

stay away from lipo-only ps's.  if yours is really soft it might be okay, but you might wind up dissatisified like a lot of other people who've done lipo only, maybe even most of them.  you want somebody who's both willing and qualified to excise as well, since he won't really know the makeup of the stuff till he starts opening it up.

If the problem is one of global excess fat, Liposuction is not a quick fix for losing weight. Losing weight is a coarse tool, and Plastic Surgery is better reserved for refinement.

Liposuction will not manage the gland component. That is why I prefer my Dynamic Technique that targets gland first and then chooses from an artist's pallet of surgical options to contour the chest.  Liposuction is almost always a component of that sculpture, but not the only one.

Any patient's best option is best determined after a careful evaluation of the problem and examination.

I suggest you start cutting up first
It'l look 50 times better (not that it looks bad at ALL)
after THAT if you still dont like the way it looks, you can go ahead with the surgery

from personal experience, working your upper chest will make your chest beautiful

I agree with Paa Paw above. In my opinion, the chest looks like any other slightly out of condition guys, but if YOU are bothered by it then thats really all that matters!
 I really doubt if the majority of people would mistake your chest for that of a female's! ( ie Gynecomastia)
Anyway, you posted the question " can I have your opinion?"!

I don't believe one should limit a doctor to one specific technique but rather give your surgeon the opportunity to do lipo first -- and if that doesn't provide the result, then he should be free to excise some residual tissue.

I, for one, do not break down my fees for lipo alone or excision alone, or combined -- that is foolish.  I charge one fee to get the optimal result -- whatever the surgery entails.

Based on the pictures, can I ask you what you think?

Photos cannot tell the full story -- nor can a hands-on exam.  My guess as to who needs lipo only vs who needs combined lipo plus excision cannot be determined by a photo or an exam -- but can only be determined during the actual operation.  Some doctors provide fancy terms for this method -- I just use plain old common sense.

That is why I approach every operation with the freedom (granted from the patient) to do whatever I feel is necessary to get the very best possible result -- and I do.  I do not want to be limited by any pre-determination by the patient as to what I can do and what I am not allowed to do.  What counts is the final result!
