has anyone's puffy nipples gone away on their own?

I was just wondering if anyone's condition went away on it's own. If so, at what age did they go away?

My gyne started with just puffy nipples. Over the years as my breasts got a larger, my puffy nipples seemed to have flattened out some. But my entire breasts are bigger now, so it's not that the gyne has gone away. And I suppose it's possible that my nipples will get puffy again.
