i am 13 and the past few months i hav ben doing alot of push ups and weight lifting and they r getting smaller. am i going to hurt myself with all of this weight lifting

no dude.   as long as your using proper form only muscle can result from weight training  ;D.   and then the ladies will be on there way

If you're goin to bench, do incline bench and when you do your dumbell presses do it on incline benches.  just some advice!
