donie787 i know what to exercise i have personal training qualification's to prove this but i can tell you for a FACT no matter how hard you train if its genuinly Gyno it isnt going anywere mate.

If  you find a good surgeon do it. I think i was as bad as you but i had a thin frame and none existent chest so it looked REALLY bad. But i'm so happy i did it.
