Hey, I had Gynecomastia Surgery approximately 5 Months ago.. And I've decided to go back for revision surgery, only for more fat removal, no more tissue needs to be removed, the shaping is fine.

Any who regardless of what is being done, I'm currently under a strict weight training routine.. And I was wondering what is the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM amount of time I have to take off my training before I can go back to a normal routine without ruining my body..

Thanks
-Chris

Chris -- I recommend at least a 3-4 week lay-off after any surgery -- at a minimum.  That is to allow your tissues to heal and the swelling to diminish before you begin to stress them with exercise, etc.  Speak to your own surgeon -- but remember, don't jeopardize the results of the operation just to return to the gym a week or two ahead of schedule

Bottom line: After you are properly and fully healed, you will have the rest of your life to "catch up" -- and you will probably be back to your pre-op shape within several weeks of resuming your workouts.
