when I feel my chest area, how do I know if it is fat or gland tissue? I feel small hard lumps that move arround when I squeeze them. Also, when I feel higher up at the top of the chest area it feels like a bigger mass. I also have a belly and can feel similar small hard lumps there.
My chest looks the worst when I take a very hot bath and sit there for a while. The chest area begins to get really flabby and stand out the most. Why does this happen? Could it still be fat content? confused? Any suggestions.
thanks

im thinking when u take a bath u are most relaxed so ur thin muscles on ur chest wich normally tighten up due to cold or sensation are totally relaxed. i have this problem to sounds more like a gland problem. have u got any pics?

robos i have read and beieve that gyno can be fat or gland and a mixture of both. many people think that gyno is gland but gynecomastia is the term female looking chest.

so if ur chest looks feminine you have gynecomastia. apparently there is fat on our bodys wich we just cant burn off with exercise.

i suggest exercise can shift some types but i guess its different in some cases where there is stubborn fat. ie somepeople cant ger rid of there fat on their stomach so opt for lipo.

hope this helps
