Well you could pay for it with a bank loan or credit card.  The BMI group of hospitals offer a 'BMI card' which is basically a credit card with low or zero interest for 12 months.... after that the % rate is high.

A quick google search shows that harley medical and mya offer some kind of finance options, but it is all subject to status and ultimately it would be cheaper to get a loan from a bank.
