Some questions

Okay, I now have a pretty good idea of what condition I have and that I need surgery. I can't wait to get this all done and start living it up in the sun! I just have a few questions..Why would I need to talk to an endocrinologist, does anyone in the Dallas area have a suggested plastic surgeon and finally, how much am I looking to shell out? I may have to sell my motorcycle AND truck if it's too expensive, but it'll be worth it. Thanks
