Is there anyway to make this better? (pics) Please Help

I had my surgery 2 years ago,
it seems that there is still a lot of breast tissue in the upper side of the my chest, and the most noticeable problem is the major nipple scarring. My Dr. and another I consulted said they are hypertrophic scars and will fade over time, and he did not want to use kenalog because he said it will turn bright white. They both not much can be done.
The right/left are not quite even with each other as well.
What are my options? Should I see someone else?
Is there any way this can look half way decent? Its getting harder and harder to avoid any shirtless situations

This is the same nipple. the stitching caused a crease or that how I can best describe it.

The better side, not as bad scarring, and still some tissue in the upper side of the chest.

Your pictures are an incomplete window into the possible contour issues. I prefer my Standard Revision Gynecomastia Surgery Photos or even better yet for dynamic issues: Male Chest Contour Movies. There looks like an extensive wide Crater Deformity Defect that may be compounded by internal scarring and adhesion. Options depend on the original problem, what was done, the after surgery care, Scar Care, and many other factors best discussed during a consultation. An experienced revision gynecomastia surgeon can best help you pick which of your concerns have reasonable options and explore your risks, benefits, and alternate methods of care.

Hypertrophic scars can be treated, either with direct application of silicone, either cream or solid silicone; steroid injections; or surgical removal.  You should take this up with your surgeon.  If you're not happy with his/her opinion, seek another opinion.

Even your drain scars are hypertrophic.  For those of you who see these photos who had drains after surgery, this is why I seldom use drains.

I wanted to ask you about the excess breast tissue/fat in the upper corners of your chest towards the armpit. I myself have a similar build up which didn't exist prior to surgery. Since surgery, suddenly my armpit was not spatious (like a slim person) and I was going to the gym at the time and was not fat by any means. I can pinch a good amount of excess fat/breast tissue there and it can be quite painful, even when not touching. Do you have this also? What is it? I want it removed, my agility and overall chest is affected by it. Plus, I can't just wear a t-shirt in mild-hot weather as the fatty area in my armpits press against the fabric.
So frustrating.

The region by the armpit needs to be considered during surgical planning. If there are global fat issues, surgery is not an alternative to weight loss and the remaining fat can look strange in comparison to the sculpted region if not tapered. It is not practical to address contour issues as they continue around the body to the back. 

In this case, there may be another issue. Take too much out and a normal location can look like there is now too much there. A third component can be adhesion. Skin scarring to the deeper tissues can compress a region with flexing.

Without the entire set of images or an in office exam, such contour issues can be impossible to fully define.

Thank you for you responses. I consulted with a plastic surgeon about the hypertrophic scars, he said a kenalog shot would lead to skin discoloration, and to try to massage tissue, but I am two years post surgery, and the scarring has not changed at all since 1 year after surgery. I still massage the tissue everyday.

The surgeon also said he would recommend do micro-liposuction in my arm pit areas, but he did not have the instruments, and he recommend I see an ENT surgeon who also does plastics, but I was a bit weary when he said that.

When my arms are down in the normal position, I feel like I can grab a fist size amount of tissue in my armpit area, it feels like glandular tissue, but me surgeon said it is fat, I was wondering if micro lipo can really remove the thick glandular feeling tissue.

I have a VERRRY similar problem as yours, at least visually.

Might go for a revision surgery as soon as I am able to find some time and money. Hopefully, there is tissue left in me for a successful revision.
