Skating And Dealing with Puffy Nip

Im 14 years old and Id say im about 6 feet tall and I think ive had puffy nipples for about a year and a half and it sucks. i cant take my shirt off anywhere and since my favorite thing to do i skateboard its even harder, some days it will be really hot and all of my friends would be skating with their shirts off and i cant. and i can barely go in the pool, so i look forward to fall and winter when we have to wear lots of clothes. i just wanna know how anyone else deals with it and if there are any other skaters out there.

i still skate every once in a while.. At least you can wait it out, the puffiness could go down
