Lumps 16 weeks post surgery

I am now16 weeks post surgery, I still have small lumps under both nipples that are slightly tender, is this normal? I am happy with the asthetics just hope the lumps aren't glandular and that they don't grow. Has anyone else had these lumps after surgery?

Could be scar tissue and in my experience it is perfectly possible to still have tender areas  at 16 weeks...........  if the results look good I wouldn't think about it too much as there isn't a great deal you can do anyway........    having said that you should contact your surgeon for professional advice if you have any concerns or are really worried.
