Yeah makes sense i guess about it being tighter...your right mate, bloody kills your back!  They do seem to get looser after a few days wear though which is good.... Just gunna have to break this new one in

Tried on a few t shirts and tight jumpers tonight over the vest that were previosuly a know go man lets just say i have a huge smile accross my face

Reading your thread the other week made me come back on 2 nights ago to check the results....will be really good to see how all looks in a few weeks time when all the swelling has gone down, but i bet you are chuffed to hell!
I got a really nice jumper for Xmas, the missus paid £110 for it but i've only worn it a few times and have semi-retired it until i get the op done as there is 2 slight bumps that stick out as it's fairly tight 

Can't wait to be on the other side where you are now, bet it feels good

Aww mate its blimmin fantastic!  Found out i got on my PGCE course today so im going to be a d.t teacher starting traiing this september so really happy about that!

Decided today im gunna get myself a nice summer holiday booked up soon for me and the missus so ill be looking forward to going topless all the time

haha, talk about holidays!! i had my op over a week ago now, and me and 14 of us are going to IBIZAAAAA in july woo. Would never of done this before haha

I bet you are over the moon? Anything your unhappy with at the moment and whats your arm and chest movement like, you back to pretty much normal?

Cheers mate, Me and the missus can hardley belive it for just over a week!  Im over the moon mate, nope nothing im unhappy with.  I think Karidis has done a top job!  Arms are pretty much back to normal and can pretty much live a normal life

Today I am 14 days post op, first day without vest (I finally got used to it )
I suggest to buy Nike compression vest - Sports World sells it for £16 and wear it during the day.
Few more days and you will be vest free

Cheers mate!  Yeah ive completely re done my wardrobe! haha went into zara this weekend and bought a very tight t which looks awesome just in the middle of writing my diet and should start back training light in another week, jut legs
