We went back to see the doctor this morning. He showed me how to clean and change the bandage. I saw my new chest for the first time and looked perfectly fine. I still have the drain connected to avoid hematoma. I had bruises on my left chest because of the lipo, doc magallona says it will subside soon. The clinic staff was very nice to me. The pain is still tolerable.

I really can't tell. I'm worried on the bruises i got. Pero pahupa na naman. For those who underwent on this procedure, how long you wore the elastic bandage?

3 weeks. 23-24 hours a day, then the 4th week, about 10 hours a day.

doc magallona says he will remove the elastic bandage before my flight on monday. He will remove my drain tomorrow and the stiches on monday morning.

The drain was removed this morning. Medyo ok naman lahat. I already took a bath this morning. May mga pasa pa rin. My last visit to doc edwin is on monday he will remove the stitch.

is the drain uncomfortable? is it noticeable with a tshirt? kamusta ka naman, are u feeling any discomfort or pain?

lapit ka na pala umalis. sa tingin mo matatago mo ung bandage pag balik mo ng singapore? or are you planning to get a vest? btw, the peeps here recommend the soho ab binder, available in sm dept. stores, women's section. as for me, im just sticking to the original bandages

ung sogo ab binder ok nmn xa.. di halata.. KASO, kailngn mo ng katulong pgsuot.. ung velcro nya dapat nsa likod.. para hndi mahalata, ksi kpg nsa harap ung velcro mjo ngbulk xa s unahan... I bought Underworks na compression shirt.. comfortable xa, but If you havent wore a compression shirt before, kailngn mo ng katulong para isuot... mhirap xa isuot for the first time.. especially the extreme compression shirt.. But when I used this, ok xa... its like just wearing a sando under a shirt.. Mainit pala xa kasi spandex!

The drain isn't uncomfortable. Ok lang naman kasi maliit lang sa dalawang tagiliran ko. What uncomfortable is yung elastic bandage, kasi sobrang higpit, at ngayon nangangati na ako dahil siguro sa pawis. Hmm nagiisip na nga ako ng sasabihin sa mga housemate ko sa singapore. Baka magdahilan na lang ako na cancerous yung nasa chest ko kaya pinatanggal ko. Haha ok ba yun?! Magkano ba ang vest halata ba yun?

@ loose Shirt, mabilis lang ba ung delivery ng underworks? magkano total na gastos? sabi ng iba, hindi daw maganda ang underworks, parang cheap daw ung dating. suggested ni dr bermant yata ung veronique design or something na worth around 100$ compared to underworks around 20?$ ata.

@ ashamed, try the sogo first then try it with ur work wear, if it isnt good enough, try the underworks? actually gusto ko din umorder hehe

ROAP, ung underworks ok nmn xa... mga 3days lng... pero mlki din gastos ko kc dhl dun s tax.. 1k.. cgro mga 3-4days ung delivery.. prang 70dollars lng ata 3 pcs.. medium fit.. ok nmn.. comfortable un nga lng mhirap xa isuot ng wlang ksma.. lalo n ung ms mtaas ung compression.. ksi msikip tlga... kng my budget ka nmn bkt hndi ka bmli ng mas mgnda db.. pero pde n ung underworks.. di xa halata un lng mjo pgpwisan ka tlga.. ksi spandex xa..

Ashamed, ung sogo nkbli ako.. mga gnun nga lng price range.. ok dn ung dhlan n my syst ka marami na ako nbasa dito s forum n gnun snsbi..
