Just wondering. What if someone doesn't have puffy nipples or a hard gland beneath the nipple but excess breast (fatty?) tissue, is it just a lipo procedure? Thanks in advance.

Your surgeon may vary their procedure depending upon what they find as the surgery progresses. For this reason you should probably not handicap the surgeon by insisting upon Lipo only or excision only.

The surgeon in this case is a sculptor. You would not limit the tools or methods of a Michaelangel so you should not impose limitations on your surgeon either.

Chose your Surgeon carefully then give them free rein to do whatever is needed.

Thanks, Paa_Paw, could not have said it better myself.

Each case is individual -- and when I commence surgery, I come ready to do anything necessary to achieve the best result possible.  Neither the surgeon nor the patient should decide upon the course of action prior to surgery.  More often than not, there is a decision tree made during surgery depending upon what is found.

Find an experienced gyne surgeon and give him free rein to do the best job he can.
