Anthem Blue Cross Insurance

I want/need Anthem blue cross to cover the gland excision portion of this. Not sure where to start. I have had gyne since 11 and xrays / documentation to prove it. Recently I'm experiencing pain and soreness in only the right gland after workouts. Don't know why. As far as my insurer Do I need to seek a primary physician? Go to the ER? Ive heard even a psychologist for a recommendation???  PLS HELP!

hi i recently went to my Endo doc and she did alot of blood work and ordered up an MRI to check my pituitary adinoma for growth. as i have had a noticable growth spurt in breast tissue. blue cross bluesheild now uses a clearing house in carolina called Core Care to determin if the "test " meets their criteria for approval.mine was denied .so i would believe they would do the same for breast reduction as well , seems this has come about due to all the new healtcare laws. good luck .
