Couple questions with photos

Hi, im 16yrs going into 10th grade. Im 5'9 and weigh 140lbs. Ive noticed that ive had puffy nipples since the beginning of 7th grade. Im just looking for some advice on how i should go  about dealing with this. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Yea mine started looking like that when I was about 11. I'm 17 now and believe me, mine look worse. They are larger and stick out way more than yours. I'm guessing you should have a talk with your doctor.
