Hey guys!

I'm going to have surgery soon and I was wondering if it would be ok to smoke cannabis after the surgery.
I normally do sports every day and I will be very bored when I can't do that!
Smoking some weed would make "just chilling in front of the TV" more interesting.

What do you think? Could it have negative effects on the healing process?

Depends I guess... what came first, the ganja or the gyne? There's some evidence supporting the idea that cannabis increases estrogen levels, but I doubt it makes any difference if you already had moobs...

I was more thinking of the effects it could have on the scarring. Using ganja as a post surgery "painkiller".

lol smart man, any old excuse these days :P
Mmm, I went to see the head nurse in the priv hospital to get some blood and he said I should avoid smoking before and after surgery as it affects the flow of oxygen around the body, and may make affect the growth of new tissue... With this in mind it may not be advisable to smoke it, but I dunno, make some tea or brownies or vaporize.
