One week after post op...

Hi

I had my op done on the 21st. I  was thrilled with the results but after about a week, my chest looks the same and the nipple area seems a big hard too. My doctor told me it should flatten in a few weeks time but I am skeptical. Is it true ? What can I do now..any advise would be appreciated. Thanks!

It might be a hematoma! an internal bleeding which has solidified.

I have it too, i''m about 5 weeks post op and one side is exactly the way i want it and the other (left) side has gone back to its old shape and has a hard lump. apparently your body will break this lump down eventually and your chest will be flat. Might take some months though.

It sucks and it's very frustrating! espescially knowing that if all would have went well, I would have been enjoying a flet chest right now in these hot days, but there's right now... there's nothing i can do but wait.
