One week post-op

So I am one week post op and one side of my chest has an indentation above the nipple.  Preopertively that side was larger and more liposuction was performed there.  Immediately postoperatively there was more swelling on that side and swelling has decreased some but it doesn't appear that the identation has decreased that much.   I am concerned that too much tissue was removed from that side.  Is this kind of contour irregularity normal?  Maybe one week is too soon to assess?  Thanks in advance.
