I remember at the age of 11, both my nipples started to hurt and than I got man boobs, puffy nipples, I've had comments on how they look like a girls.

I have been to the doctor before and he check my breats for a lump and told me there was nothing, and all I need to do was exercise, but I didn't know about gynocomastia at the time so I didnt ask him If I had it or not.

Ive been excerising and doing some cardio but I have not noticed a difference, I'm now 19 so been about 8-9 years I've had them now.

Here a some pics.

The camera angles and posture would tend to exaggerate the size of the breasts. So the photos are not of much value.

Try again. If your camera has a delay it would be best to have views from a longer distance and without you actually holding the camera.

yeah definitely gyno, looks similar to mine. doctors are usually unknowledged on this, and believe exercise will get rid of it.
where abouts you from? you should be looking into surgery to correct it :)

Hard to tell without your arms against your side, but it does look like an abnormal contour. Congrats on getting blood work done before proceeding. Out of curiosity, did your surgeon or primary care physician suggest the blood work to rule out hormone imbalances?

The Doctor told me to get blood tests done and than come back to him and were gonna see what were going to do from there, I haven't gone to any surgeon yet.

I can't quite remember but I do remember him mentioning hormonal something, he said that my breasts are looking like a girls, and also asked me if my moobs have been growing lately or something.

Also when it's cold or when I pinch my moobs, the nipples look normal the moobs still stick out.

Definitely looks like you have a bit of gland in there- certainly a contour issue. Congrats on starting with your primary care physician. Let us all know if he has a surgeon to recommend and the area you're in so that those of us in your area can also check that doc out.

By the way, it looks like you have good skin. It'll probably respond well to surgery & healing. Don't forget to update us.

Yeah of course, I'll keep an update.

Do you know how much approx it can cost me? I believe I do have Alberta Health Care.

first of all you have a nice physique man, you just need to lose weight more but I could see the definition of your body. You have a gland for sure and i think we have the same case. BTW are you a filipino? I just based it from your skin tone.

No, Pakistani.

Thanks guys for letting me know.

I had the blood and urine test today, will visit the doctor next week to see what he has to say.

I might have a good physique because I've been doing a lot of pushups lately and gaining muscle.

So I went to the doctor today as my results were back, my testorone level was normal, but my sugar level was higher than normal (I'm only 19 btw).

I seriously am frustrated, the doctor told me it was going to take months for the surgery to happen, he told me that there were more tests to be done.

Are there really more tests i gotta go through? he and i both know its gynecomastia, so what in the blue hell is the point of more tests?

Is there any ways I can get the surgery done within 1 month from now? (I know its possible because ive read many people have the consulation and 2 weeks later was the surgery).
