I have gynecomastia for about 8 years and recently I changed my mind to recover it. It basically ruined my life a bit but I was too afraid to undergo a surgery also had no money. I need to know that if it is possible to fix it under just local anesthesia while I am awake or it is to bad and a general one is needed.Thanks dudes.

Looks fairly normal to me. A mild case in my opinion. I think your hairy torso is FAR more distracting than your gyn if that helps put things in perspective.

Your main problem appears to be slightly puffy nipples, and maybe some mild gyne.  I think surgery could do wonders for your overall appearance.  As a consequence of surgery, your oversized nipples will become smaller, and that's exactly what you need (along with a bit of lipo).  I think you should go for it.

I think raider fan is right on.  Mild case.  You could bypass surgery and just live with it. But if it really bothers you, surgery would be the right choice.

Your chest looks fine. Leave the hair alone too.
You might have puffy nipples if you look really hard.
