Create a lipo-only surgery section?
I think having a little section for people who had lipo-only surgery would be great.

meh, it ties into many other discussions, i wouldn't think it needs that.  you can definitely find lots of threads on the subject with the search engine.  my $.02.

I do not think anything will be served by having a lot of narrowly defined sections.
