Can gyno come back again ?

i am 16 , have gyno , i am going to do the gynecomastia surgery soon , i've done horomones test and the results are great , i am just waiting for the right time to do it
the problem is i am really scared that it grow up again , i asked this question here and you said that 90 percent of the ppl don't grow up again , but it scares me as hell that it comes back
how can it come back after surgery ? ( things to prevent it from coming back )
in what case can it come back again ?

it wont. If your hormones are normal, and your healthy, it PROBABLY wont come back. However, if the gyne didn`t have a chance to go away on its own, and you only had the gyne for a few months and resorted to surgery immeadietly , then it may come back. Although if that is not the case, it wont. if your worried, try to keep your testosterone high by strength training, and keeping your weight low

To be honest, the answer is yes it could. To be more precise, that is not very likely.
