Do I have Gynecomastia? Please help!!

I think I might have Gynecomastia. Could someone please help me, and offer some suggestions apart from surgery?

Not enough photos but if you have any gyne, it is minimal.

If your chest has been this way for a few years, then surgery will be your only answer.  There are no other "easy" ways to get rid of it.

I do feel something spongy right behind the nipples, but I don't have any soreness or sensitivity issues. My body fat should be around 20% and I have just started exercising regularly since 4 weeks ago. Is it possible that this is just body fat and will go down with exercise? Is there any medication that might help? I've heard that Tamoxifen or Letrozole are effective in mild cases.

If your body fat percentage is around 20, you could lose some weight and then check to see if there is any improvement in your chest.  Usually, with weight loss, there will be a slight improvement in your chest but the rest of your body will also improve, so the net effect is usually that your chest will still appear prominent or out of proportion to the rest of your body.

As for taking meds, those might only work if you were in the active state of growing breast tissue.  Once breast tissue is established, those meds are of no help.
