1 - should i shave my chest hair before the surgery ?

2- results will be for ever ? ( i mean gyne won't back agin )

I read that shaving your chest before surgery is a terrible idea because it increases the chance of infection.

There is no guarantee that your gyno wont come back.You can decrease your chances of another case by making sure your hormones are always in the right ranges.

Generally, shaving is not needed for surgery.

My patients are told that if needed, we will clip some hairs near the nipples at the time of the operation.

Shaving can produce micro-nicks in the skin which can predispose to infection.

and nipple size can be fixed since the first surgery
