undermining of the surrounding tissues to allow the areola to settle down
Anyone had gene surgery but still had puffy nipples.  Reason being the surrounding tissues of the areola were not undermined properly hence allowing the areola to settle down?

If so, how did you fix this?  With what type of surgery or other solution?

And how much was the cost..
