I'm 28 years old, healty, normal BMI, and train in the gym. I've done a gynecomastia surgery when I was 20 years old, but I always thought the surgeon removed too little.

I know for a fact that there's still an excess of fat + breast tissue there, Bilaterally.

I have 2 questions:
1). Is there a new technique today that can take out the ^^Fat+Breast tissue^^ , without a cut in the chest / around areola areas?
2). If a cut in the chest / around the areola is needed, I understand that you use the previous cut / entering site. Im my case - that was a half circle around my areolas. My question is: will it scar the same way it was before, or will it scar worse since it's the second time it's being healed / cut?

Thanks in advance,
Yaniv
